Over 30 years ago by Dr. Mary Lippitt found Enterprise Management Ltd. to boost mental agility, critical thinking, and engagement. She developed the Leadership Spectrum Profile™ (LSP) inventory based on her research with over 6,000 leaders. 

The LSP offers a practical tool for helping leaders deal with complexity and ambiguity.  While other inventories such as the MBTI® and DiSC® develop personal mastery, the LSP offers a unique perspective on challenging organizational and environmental realities.
